Refund policy

At Wajud Parts we strive for complete satisfaction of customer. Therefore, we know sometimes you like to return the products for any good reason, we want to make sure you that it will be as pleasant as your purchase.

We offer an exchange or refund on unused item within 30 days of complain, you can simply return your item at our store or we can pick up for you. We can offer credits for faulty products too.

For faulty products

• You have the option to return the product to our local store
• All items will be inspected before an exchange or refund is applied
• Please contact customer center for instructions
• We can offer credits as well to customers
